What you're buying

A KeptInFlow license is a one-time purchase that lets you use the app on your own devices (per the activation limit shown at checkout) forever, with app updates included for the period stated on your plan. When your update window ends, the app keeps working — you simply stop receiving new versions unless you renew.

Subscriptions

The optional AI-included subscription adds a monthly allowance of AI actions served through our managed service. Allowances reset monthly and unused actions do not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your AI provider accounts

When you use your own API keys, your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and their usage charges are yours. KeptInFlow's cost dashboard is informational and does not replace your provider's billing.

Refunds

If KeptInFlow isn't working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Fair use

Don't redistribute license keys, resell the managed AI allowance, or use the app to break the law. We may throttle or suspend managed-AI access that abuses the service; your license to the app itself is unaffected.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Merchant of record

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under their terms of service.
