What you're buying

A KeptInFlow license is a one-time purchase that lets you use the app on your own devices (per the activation limit shown at checkout) forever, with app updates included for the period stated on your plan. When your update window ends, the app keeps working. You simply stop receiving new versions unless you renew.

Free AI actions

The app includes a small monthly allowance of AI actions you can use without an API key, so you can try it before you commit to anything. It needs an email address to meter against, not an account. We may change or withdraw this allowance.

Subscriptions

The optional AI-included subscription adds a monthly allowance of AI actions plus dictation minutes, served through our managed service on our own provider keys. Allowances reset monthly and unused actions do not roll over. You can cancel anytime, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Some things are deliberately not part of the subscription, because their cost is unpredictable: web search, image generation, and premium AI models. Those run on your own API key. The app tells you when a feature needs one. We may adjust allowances or the models behind them, and we will give notice before reducing what an active subscription includes.

Your AI provider accounts

When you use your own API keys, your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and their usage charges are yours. KeptInFlow's cost dashboard is informational and does not replace your provider's billing.

Refunds

If KeptInFlow isn't working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.

Fair use

Don't redistribute license keys, resell the managed AI allowance, or use the app to break the law. We may throttle or suspend managed-AI access that abuses the service; your license to the app itself is unaffected.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Merchant of record

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under their terms of service.
